- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): IVF involves fertilizing eggs with sperm outside the body in a laboratory setting and then transferring the resulting embryos into the uterus. Our fertility clinic is equipped with modern equipment and experienced medical specialists to perform IVF procedures.
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI): ICSI is a specialized form of IVF that involves injecting a single sperm directly into an egg to facilitate fertilization. This technique is often used when male factor infertility is a concern, such as low sperm count or poor sperm quality.
- Ovulation induction: It involves the use of medications to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs, increasing the chances of conception.
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI): IUI is a fertility treatment that involves placing washed, concentrated sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation to facilitate fertilization.
- Egg donation and sperm donation: For individuals or couples with severe infertility or genetic concerns, egg donation and sperm donation may be possible options.
- Surrogacy: Surrogacy is another option available in Turkey for individuals or couples who are unable to carry a pregnancy on their own for medical reasons.
- Genetic Testing and Screening: Our fertility clinic can provide genetic testing and screening services to identify genetic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities that may affect fertility or pregnancy outcomes. Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) may be recommended to screen embryos for genetic abnormalities prior to embryo transfer during IVF.

About Dr. Melih Aygün,
Senior Certified Infertility Specialist for 25 years. Dr. Melih Aygün, who speaks English and German, has worked as an infertility specialist, obstetrician and gynecologist for more than 25 years. After graduating from the medical branch in Turkey and specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, he continued his studies at the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine of the University of Vienna, where he had the opportunity to combine different disciplines together and gain important international experience.
He is board certified in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and treatments, and his professional experience includes working in reputable IVF centers in Turkey. Dr. Aygun has performed more than 15,000 egg retrieval procedures in the past 9 years. Using the latest technology, patients are guided through the entire process, from preconception to birth.
He takes an honest, ethical approach and ensures our patients have realistic expectations from the start of treatment. Happy patients represent the real success rate.

“You have given us the “soul”, our most important asset in our life.”
In 2006, my husband and I embarked on a journey that would test our resilience and hope. After a joyful pregnancy discovery in March 2011, our excitement was dashed at the 8 week mark when we could not detect a heartbeat. Undeterred, we resorted to IVF in January 2012 after a year of waiting. Despite setbacks—a devastating ectopic pregnancy and a heartbreaking loss of one of my tubes—we found comfort in Dr.'s expertise and compassion. Melih Aygün, whom we met through a friend.
Under the care of Dr. Melih, our third IVF attempt brought the wonderful news of a twin pregnancy. However, our joy turned to anguish with a premature birth, losing the babies at 23 weeks due to complications. Determined not to give in to despair, we endured more treatments, surgeries and heartache, feeling exhausted by the relentless cycle of hope and disappointment.
When conventional methods failed, we turned to adoption, marking a key moment of acceptance and determination. However, a glimmer of hope remained, prompting us to pursue one last IVF attempt - our 11th. Despite the obstacles and uncertainties, Dr. Melih remained our steadfast guide, providing unwavering support and expertise.
At 13 weeks, a cervical stitch provided a glimmer of hope amidst the ongoing challenges. Throughout all this, Dr. Melih stood by us, offering us reassurance, answering our endless questions and filling us with the strength to persevere.
Finally, at 37 weeks, our journey reached its climax as we welcomed our son into the world. Dr. Melih had been our steadfast companion throughout—a beacon of hope in our darkest hours. To him we owe our deepest gratitude for giving us our dearest gift—our son, our "Soul," the pinnacle of our steadfast faith and enduring steadfastness.
